As we are looking forward to your kitties future visit with us, here are some helpful tips to make the stay as smooth as possible.

Please provide your kitties usual food as well as any treats or medications. This is to ensure no tummy upsets or allergy reactions throughout the stay.

Feel free to bring in a blanket from home or some toys that will give your kitty a sense of home and comfort for their first stay. while most kitties like to relax in a cubby their first visit, this will encourage them to relax comfortably in their new environment for the duration of their stay.

Arrange a pick up and drop off time when creating a booking. If you are expecting to be 15 minutes or more late, please let us know ASAP as we keep doors locked at all times for the safety of the boarders. If a drop off or pick up time needs to be adjusted, we can arrange within reason.

All kitties should come in an enclosed carrier that can be stored during the stay.

Verify that all recent vaccination records have been uploaded or sent ahead of time, and flea & tick medication is up to date. This allows us to keep the safety of all in our best interest.
